This year, the federal URBAN award, which is a partner of the MosBuild exhibition, will be held on June 26 in Sochi.
When storms and turbulence are on the horizon, and the market seems like an endless fight for survival, only those who are ready to look for new ways are able to move forward. This is what the theme of the 17th federal URBAN award says - "Enter the Blue Ocean". In development, as in business, this is a symbol of the search for unexplored spaces and the creation of new values, and not a fight for already divided resources.
Through the new concept, URBAN expresses solidarity with developers and embodies the theme of the ceremony with the search for new solutions.
The word “exit” symbolizes three key meanings at once:
// The award as a benchmark for developers in difficult market conditions and in the formation of a new reality.
// Enlightenment and discovery of a new path of development for a project, a company, and the entire residential real estate market.
// A benefit performance on the ceremony stage as a way to introduce yourself to the market.
This year the awards ceremony will take place on June 26 in the new and currently most expensive square meter in Russia - Mantera Supreme (Sochi).
Every year, more than 250 developers take part in the award in 58 nominations. The jury consists of 80 market experts, including CEOs of leading development companies. This year, the list was expanded with new nominations: "Best Hotel Real Estate" and "Best Legal Advisor".
