From October 22–24, the five-star Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park hotel in Moscow will host the MosBuild Summit, bringing together construction industry professionals. At the MosBuild Summit 2025, MosBuild ambassadors will present exclusive design trend forecasts for 2026. Delegates will learn which construction and finishing materials will be in demand in the market and receive practical tools for building effective collaborations with designers.

At the MosBuild Summit 2025, Business and VIP delegates will have the unique opportunity to take an Urban Tour and visit the largest public library in Russia and Europe.
The Urban Tour program includes visits to Moscow's iconic developments from leading developers, including an analysis of layouts, materials, engineering systems, and landscaping that enhances liquidity, as well as insights from architects, product specialists, and engineers.
In the evening , a themed tour of the Lenin Library will take place . Delegates will have the opportunity to see rare books that are normally inaccessible, including publications by the imperial family and unique architectural tomes.
