Premium real estate today is becoming one of the drivers of the development of resort areas, setting new standards for quality of life and leisure. This was discussed by Irina Ignatyeva, Commercial Director of the Mantera Group, at the MosBuild exhibition during the session 'Cultural Code of Regions: Creating Multifunctional Spaces of Attraction.
The Olympic infrastructure of Sochi laid the foundation for the further development of the country's main resort. The post-Olympic legacy has created a unique environment where modern architecture blends with natural landmarks. Today, based on this foundation, projects are being implemented that are setting new standards for hospitality and premium leisure.
One of the standout examples is the Mantera Supreme complex, with Mantera Residence club residences in the Sirius maritime cluster, a federal territory adjacent to Sochi. For example, in the reception area of the Mantera Supreme hotel, works by the renowned Russian art group Recycle Group have been integrated, combining classical forms with modern recycled materials. These are two monumental panels, measuring 5.8 x 5.6 meters, inspired by local landscapes, reflecting the infinity of the sea and its beauty.
Complementing the traditions of the maritime cluster in Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana is developing as the center of elite mountain tourism.
