The Olympic infrastructure of Sochi laid the foundation for the further development of the country's main resort. The post-Olympic legacy has created a unique environment where modern architecture blends with natural landmarks. Today, based on this foundation, projects are being implemented that are setting new standards for hospitality and premium leisure.&nbsp;One of the standout examples is the Mantera Supreme complex, with Mantera Residence club residences in the Sirius maritime cluster, a federal territory adjacent to Sochi. The architectural solutions, panoramic views of the Black Sea, well-thought-out infrastructure, and high level of service make the project not just a place for relaxation but a symbol of new resort real estate. The Poliana 960 premium residences quarter blends seamlessly into the natural landscape. It combines the region's natural identity, attention to detail, and a mountain vibe. Thanks to a combination of thoughtful architecture, eco-friendly approaches, and high-level infrastructure, Sirius and Sochi are becoming fully-fledged global resorts, in demand all year round.&nbsp;"Resort real estate today is not just an investment asset, but part of the architectural and historical heritage of the area.
