The construction innovation and master class zone is one of the key and most visited content areas of the MosBuild exhibition

Every year, presentations of equipment and the latest materials for construction and repair, demonstrations of various installation techniques for translucent structures, partitions, floor coverings, etc., as well as large-scale events - conferences and round tables on current topics in the construction and real estate markets are held here. The program of the site is designed for all industry specialists: from developers and investors to installers and repairmen.

The main thing in the program

On April 1, the site will open with the 3rd annual conference of the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Plumbing (APPSan) . The main topics of the conference are: combating counterfeiting in the plumbing market; trends in the development of mandatory requirements and new GOSTs for plumbing products in the EAEU.

The day will continue with the master class "Installing door fittings with Pavel Soldatov's Template" - a bestseller of the business program of the site, annually gathering masters of the "doors" segment. Soldatov's template allows to increase the installation speed by 1.5-2 times, provides convenience and ease of use without rulers and digital markings and makes it possible to work with more complex or non-standard fittings.

The day's program will be concluded by the seminar "Seamless Wallpaper - a Revolution in Wall Finishing" , where MSD IDEAL HOME will present technologies for seamless installation of innovative wallpaper using adhesive and stretch methods. Participants will learn what soft walls are; how to ensure a perfectly smooth wall surface and what are the advantages of new canvases for creating interiors with wide-format photo printing.

On April 2, the FORUMHOUSE and Open Village joint conference “Success in the Individual Housing Construction Market in 2025” will be held at the Construction Innovations and Master Classes Zone . The individual housing construction segment is one of the fastest growing in the residential real estate market, and in 2025, it will undergo a number of changes. Conference participants will tell you how to choose and register land for individual housing construction, discuss issues of concept and search for financing, promotion, sales and employee motivation.

On April 3, MosBuild visitors are invited to the first Russian industry show for window market professionals, “INSTALLER SHOW 2025,” and a business game for students, “Low-Rise Academy.”

The program "INSTALLER SHOW" includes a master class on installing two structures in section and a competition "Installing a window according to regulations" between winners of the All-Russian industry award "Svarog". The event is co-organized by "School of Windows Plus".

"Low-Rise Academy" is one of the activities of the Initiative Project "I am the Builder of the Future", implemented by the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation. It is held with the support of the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Sphere of Construction of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and VEKA RUS, one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of the domestic market of translucent structures and an exhibitor of MosBuild 2025. This is an interactive platform for students of construction colleges and universities. The goal of the Academy is to interest young people and to demonstrate in practice modern, intellectual professions in demand in the field of construction and housing and communal services.

On April 4, the Construction Innovations and Master Classes Zone will host a round table entitled “The Art of Prefabrication: Innovations in Architecture. A New Look Through the Prism of Aluminum for Modular Construction.” Experts will discuss new opportunities and challenges in the prefabricated buildings segment, implementation experience in the tourism industry, and architectural solutions for modular construction.
